I am looking for a role that fosters innovation and collaboration, where I can apply my project management skills and contribute to impactful digital solutions.

I am a dedicated Project Manager and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) with a strong passion for digital innovation. My expertise lies in leading and facilitating projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring that I deliver value-driven solutions that meet the needs of my clients. With a Master’s degree in Business Management from La Sapienza University and a Master in Product Management, I am committed to lifelong learning and continuous improvement.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed over 30 digital transformation projects for notable companies such as Randstad and Challenge Network. My role involved translating business needs into software solutions, conducting comprehensive user acceptance testing, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to enhance user experience. I pride myself on my analytical thinking and strategic decision-making skills, which have enabled me to create actionable insights through dashboards and KPI reports.

As I prepare for the CAPM certification from PMI, I am eager to leverage my skills and experience in a challenging new role that allows me to contribute to innovative projects and drive successful outcomes.
