What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a humanitarian role where I can manage project planning, delivery, and M&E with strong AAP, intercultural care, and safeguarding. I want a team that values accountability, protection, and operational excellence while supporting my technical growth.

I’m an International Relations professional with a Master’s degree specialized in MENA studies and migration, and I bring field experience managing humanitarian and educational projects for refugees in Turkey and Unaccompanied Migrant Children (UMC) in Italy. I work with neutrality and discretion in sensitive contexts while keeping accountability and human dignity at the center of every decision.

In recent roles with Amal Education and Amal Education (AIYD NGO), I’ve co-led proposal development, planning, resource mobilization, and volunteer coordination—translating objectives into clear activities and local impact indicators (M&E). I’ve led and supported intercultural mediation and delivered education and awareness initiatives in multicultural settings, including cybersecurity training and online awareness for school students and cybersecurity awareness for Syrian refugee adolescents in a high-pressure humanitarian context.

I’m also building strong administrative and operational rigor through desk and administrative work alongside project delivery, including monitoring accounting and administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with banking security, privacy, and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. I reinforce my practice with humanitarian standards and safeguarding training (Sphere, CHS, BSAFE, PSEA, PFA) and I’m currently in progress with Project DPro to strengthen my capacity for operational excellence and high-quality, professional assistance.
