What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate projects and operations, manage data and reporting, support diverse stakeholders, and contribute to social-impact work in an international, multicultural environment.

At Diakonia Foundation / Caritas Vicenza, I manage organisational data, coordinate services, and support users with information and solutions.

I coordinate a team of 100 volunteers, work with public institutions, NGOs, and local organisations, and ensure cases and administrative follow-ups are accurately documented.

I have also coordinated European Commission-funded project activities, including training, social and employment initiatives, participant engagement, deadlines, indicators, and reporting.

My background in socioeconomic and gender research includes data collection, analysis, field coordination, workshops, publications, and evidence-based recommendations. I work in Spanish, English, and Italian across multicultural environments.
