In the company where I currently work, I have been instrumental in organizing the department in which I work. Over time I have been responsible for the selection and training of all leadership figures.

I introduced methodologies that redefined the workflow, created enthusiasm and fully involved people.

I was directly responsible for training the junior figures there, with mentoring dedicated to the role they were to go into.

At the same time, I acted as a facilitator, fostering the relationship between internal departmental figures and to the outside world with dedicated sessions and methods.

For a long period of my career, on the other hand, I held operational and responsible technical roles, devising solutions for various companies.

This technical training is now helping me to better understand the colleagues I work with and be supportive of them in their work.

From what I have observed over the years, I am now convinced that companies are a network composed of the many people who work there.

Communities of which it is important to understand the points that make it up while respecting their identity.

Growing the companies in which they live means recognizing their value and imagining tools and processes to make the most of them.
