I am an assistant manager with hands-on retail experience supporting store operations, team coordination, and administrative responsibilities. I have worked at LPP Romania (Cropp) since 2020, progressing from Sales Assistant to Visual Merchandiser and now Assistant Manager.

In my current role I coordinate daily tasks, organize team workflows, and handle written communication to ensure smooth operations. My background in visual merchandising improved my attention to detail and my ability to enhance customer experience through organized displays.
