What I'm looking for

I am looking for customer-facing retail or support roles in a collaborative, customer-focused team where I can grow sales skills, use CRM and improve operational reliability.

I am a customer-focused retail and customer service professional with hands-on experience at H&M, E-Value International (Telekom) and Fressnapf in Pitești. I consistently delivered excellent service, handled transactions, resolved customer issues, and maintained organized, visually appealing store environments.

I have strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven sales experience, and familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. I speak Romanian natively and have high-level English and intermediate Spanish ability.
