What I'm looking for
I’m a Human Resources Assistant and Project Coordinator Assistant who brings strategic people management to teams that want real results. I align human capital with organizational norms and values, keeping work focused on commitment, growth, and impact.
At Lake Harvest (2020-2023), I supported training and development of talent, including implementation of basic cybersecurity training. I also handled performance appraisals for the human capital, strengthening a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
In 2023-2024 at FACT Zimbabwe as a Project Coordinator Assistant, I managed multiple projects from scratch and coordinated health and HIV awarenesses. I partnered with Action for Youth Foundation Trust and used organizational data and statistics from databases to support planning and delivery.
More recently, I worked as a Human Resources Assistant (2024-2025) where I focused on talent nurturing through on job training and outsourcing.
