I’m looking to grow in human resources and administration—owning recruitment support, leave and payroll-adjacent accuracy, and HR database upkeep—within a service-excellence culture where confidentiality and process discipline matter.

I’m a reliable, results-oriented Human Resources Professional with experience in human resources operations and administration. I support the implementing of innovative HR programs, procedures, processes, and strategies that enhance efficiency and efficacy across company operations.

During my Human Resources Internship, I maintained staff files and HR databases, managed recruitment and selection paperwork, supported casual employee administration, and helped ensure leave processes and approvals were followed. I’m known for confidentiality, strong communication, and dependable service that improves overall HR function and company-wide goals.
