What I'm looking for
I’m a performance-driven Human Resources and Training professional with more than four years’ experience, focused on planning organizational needs and supporting teams through confidential, compliant HR execution. I’m efficient in staff recruitment and selection, and I handle high-stakes people matters including promotion, discipline, transfer, regrading, and retirement.
In my current role, I help draft and implement HR policies, advise staff on conditions of service, and manage staff grievances through the correct channels. I also compile Human Resource and Training performance reports, conduct human resources audits (skills inventory), review and update job descriptions, and support fair disciplinary processes.
