I’m a performance-driven Human Resources and Training professional with more than four years’ experience, focused on planning organizational needs and supporting teams through confidential, compliant HR execution. I’m efficient in staff recruitment and selection, and I handle high-stakes people matters including promotion, discipline, transfer, regrading, and retirement.

In my current role, I help draft and implement HR policies, advise staff on conditions of service, and manage staff grievances through the correct channels. I also compile Human Resource and Training performance reports, conduct human resources audits (skills inventory), review and update job descriptions, and support fair disciplinary processes.

Alongside HR, I strengthen operations through structured administrative support—developing induction programmes, conducting training needs analysis and coordinating staff training, and driving performance management through appraisals and reporting. My background as a Principal Executive Assistant and Secretary has built my capability in meeting minutes, document preparation, diary and itinerary management, budgeting/reconciliation, and records management, supported by advanced computer literacy and strong Microsoft Office skills.
