What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role where I can apply HR, counselling, and administrative skills, continue learning, and contribute to a supportive, mission-driven team.

I am a proactive, result-oriented Psychology and Secondary Education graduate with hands-on experience in HR, administration, and gender-based violence counselling. I bring strong interpersonal skills, meticulous record-keeping, and a commitment to client-centered support.

At AFRODAD I support recruitment, personnel records, procurement, onboarding, and event logistics to ensure smooth office operations. In previous HR internships I assisted with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance tasks while maintaining confidential employee records.

As a project intern with Musasa I provided counselling and crisis support to GBV survivors, conducted intake assessments, maintained confidential case files, and participated in community outreach. My teaching experience across secondary schools sharpened my lesson planning, classroom management, and assessment capabilities.

I am digitally competent in the Microsoft Office Suite and excel at communication, teamwork, and prioritizing tasks. I am seeking opportunities where I can continue learning, contribute my HR and psychosocial skills, and support organizational goals.
