What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote international role in customer support, customer success, client services, fintech support, or financial operations, where I can support clients with KYC/FICA, trading, payments, onboarding, and account queries.

At VaultMarkets, I support trading-broker clients through email, live chat, and telephone, resolving account access, deposits, withdrawals, internal transfers, and trading-account enquiries. I also perform FICA/KYC verification, identity checks, document validation, and onboarding follow-ups while safeguarding confidential information.

I've been recognised as VaultMarkets' Best Newcomer in 2024 for my early contribution and performance. I maintain accurate CRM and ticket records in Zendesk and Freshdesk, handle escalations professionally, and support lead generation and sales onboarding through clear, customer-focused communication.
