I'm seeking a fully remote UK-facing customer support, patient support, or client services role where I can resolve complex enquiries, handle sensitive data responsibly, and support clients during UK business hours.

I've supported UK retail and fintech customers remotely across phone, email, and chat, resolving account, order, logistics, and verification enquiries.

At TransUnion Global Capability Centre Africa, I support high-volume B2B and consumer operations while handling sensitive personal and financial data. I use data-verification tools and work across internal teams to resolve complex enquiries accurately and compliantly.
