I’m a PropertyManager & HR Coordinator focused on keeping operations running smoothly—people processes, tenant experiences, and day-to-day property performance. I enjoy roles where communication and compliance matter as much as results.
As an HR Coordinator, I conduct the recruitment process with candidates, collect documents, and support the creation of contracts. I bring an organized, candidate-focused approach to make hiring more efficient and clear.
In my Property Manager role, I handle commercial administration like preparing budgets, managing accounts, rent collection, and operating cost statements. I also coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections to protect property value, while managing leasing processes, tenant communication, complaints, and move-ins/move-outs. I ensure adherence to rental laws, building codes, and insurance requirements.
My hospitality and customer service background strengthens how I work with people under pressure. I’ve managed guest operations and on-call shifts, performed housekeeping quality audits, supported consumer queries through platforms like Talkdesk and Zendesk, and coordinated event operations as an Event Manager—always with an eye for service quality and follow-through.
