At DXC Technology, I lead workforce lifecycle management for approximately 3,000 employees across EMEA DACH, using Salesforce PSA to align skills and availability with project demand. I produce utilisation reporting and dashboards that support headcount planning, demand forecasting, and resource allocation.
Previously, I coordinated enterprise capacity and availability programs, critical incidents, problem management, and change governance for DXC Technology and HP Enterprise Services. I've built scalable ITIL processes, led root-cause reviews and CAB sessions, managed risks and dependencies, and kept technical teams, clients, vendors, and executive stakeholders aligned across international environments.
