What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead PMO, portfolio or delivery work where I can strengthen governance, align complex cross-functional priorities, improve executive visibility and deliver transformation programmes at scale.

At Servtech, I lead the Project Management Office for a €5 million portfolio, establishing delivery standards, governance processes and executive reporting.

I've orchestrated complex product-request workflows across cross-functional teams, standardised delivery methodologies across nine departments, and aligned portfolio priorities with C-suite expectations. Previously, I helped scale Servtech's operations to support 80+ employees and directed complex platform integrations across technical and business teams.

At Fuse Media, I delivered international B2B CRM and BI implementations across multiple organisations and managed three concurrent projects worth more than €1 million. I also supported governance and risk management for two global IQVIA programmes exceeding €250 million.

I'm PMP-certified with 12 years of experience spanning software, life sciences and manufacturing, supported by Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and engineering education.
