At Correo Argentino, I administer and optimize Moodle for nationwide training initiatives, designing and updating digital learning content to improve learning experiences and knowledge retention.

I work with HR teams and internal business areas to identify training needs, support users and trainers, and monitor platform usage and training effectiveness. My background combines pedagogy, digital content design, and a technical mindset to create clear, accessible learning solutions.

Before moving into training and development, I coordinated administrative and operational processes for high-security products at Correo Argentino, supporting audits, compliance, documentation, and reporting. I also built customer-service experience by resolving inquiries and managing transactions efficiently.

I'm especially interested in EdTech opportunities where I can help design, improve, and manage digital learning solutions. My education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Education, a technical degree in Programming, and a postgraduate diploma in Artificial Intelligence Applied to Education.
