What I'm looking for

I'm looking to coordinate learning, development, and people-focused programs where I can manage training operations, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and improve the learner experience.

I coordinate learning and development initiatives at AFS Programas Interculturales Argentina & Uruguay, supporting volunteers, educators, leaders, and institutions across more than 40 organizational structures.

I manage end-to-end training operations—from scheduling, learner communications, materials, and session follow-up to participation tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement. I work closely with local and international partners to keep programs prepared, delivered, and documented.

Previously, I coordinated team development across 11 Early Childhood Development Centers serving more than 1,100 children and their families, while supporting over 180 employees. My background in psychology, facilitation, learning design, and recruitment helps me build people-focused programs that run reliably across diverse audiences.
