I’m a Learning & Development Specialist with 10+ years designing and delivering business-driven learning solutions in multinational environments. I act as a strategic learning partner—diagnosing capability gaps, translating business needs into impactful learning journeys, and ensuring initiatives align with organizational priorities and transformation.

I’ve led executive education, regulatory training, and capability-building programs at scale, including learning impact for 1,500+ employees annually. I designed and delivered programs such as “Women Leading Together” and “Unfolding Future,” managed an ~€1.5M L&D budget, and built learning analytics and reporting using Power BI and Qlik to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
