What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global learning, leadership development, and culture transformation initiatives where I can connect capability building, coaching, and data-driven improvement to business performance.

I've led global learning and development initiatives at HCLTech for a major energy-sector account, reaching more than 1,300 employees across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Africa with a reported success rate above 98%.

I partner with clients and internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps and build practical learning solutions—from needs analysis and content creation to facilitation, coaching, and follow-up. My work includes leadership, mentoring, communication, customer centricity, and culture transformation programs.

At Armatis, I managed training and quality activities for French and English operations, supporting cohorts and teams of 13–45 employees through onboarding, production training, coaching, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.

With a background in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, I bring multilingual, cross-cultural experience to people development. I'm a certified trainer and people manager who uses learning analytics, mentoring, and blended learning to connect development with operational results.
