At AirLiquide (ALEBS), I work as a CoE L&D Performance Analyst on implementing the new Target Operating Model for Learning and Development EAMEI. I’m also the technical point of contact for Workday L&D and support budgeting and process streamlining.
Previously at AirLiquide (ALEBS), I worked on Workday configuration and implementation for five PT entities, across HCM, Time Tracking and Absence, Core Compensation, Learning, and Recruitment. I served as an SME, Data Steward, and Test Lead, and supported STRADA payroll configuration and the COVERFLEX benefits platform implementation.
At BNP Paribas, I focused on Learning and Development on the Compliance side, including Ethics. My work included SCORM testing, training implementation, and project planning.
Earlier, as an HR Connect Advisor at BNP Paribas, I advised managers on employee relations and performance management, and supported the employee lifecycle. At Webhelp, I worked on implementing HR processes according to Portuguese Labour Law and hiring 500 employees in less than a year.
