At ValGenesis, I led the design, development and global rollout of role-based learning pathways across a compliance product portfolio. I partnered with Product Managers, Engineering teams and SMEs to create certification courses, interactive simulations and assessments.
Previously at IQVIA, I led training, quality and capability development for international CRM support operations, managing three Training & Quality Specialists and supporting upskilling for more than 70 analysts. I also developed onboarding frameworks, SOPs, job aids and a Salesforce Knowledge ecosystem for global Tier 1 support teams.
My career began in technical CRM support for pharmaceutical organisations, including Veeva CRM, OCE, Teams and Mobile Intelligence. That hands-on product foundation informs how I create learning that stays aligned with releases, operational needs and real user challenges.
