What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a People Operations or HR internship where training, communication and working with people are central to the role.

I've run an independent language-training business since 2020, guiding adult professionals from first enquiry through personalised development plans, onboarding, progress tracking and long-term retention. I also built and manage an online community of more than 50,000 learners, responding to daily questions and feedback across cultures.

Alongside medical training and clinical practice, I've handled confidential information, sensitive conversations and multidisciplinary teamwork under pressure. I'm now looking to bring my training, communication, organisation and people-development experience into People Operations or HR.
