What I'm looking for

I seek leadership or faculty roles where I can use equity-centered, data-informed strategies to improve outcomes, mentor educators, and expand bilingual/ESL programming in collaborative, growth-focused organizations.

I am an accomplished educational leader and professor with over 27 years of experience across K–12 and higher education, specializing in transformational school leadership, bilingual/ESL instruction, and faculty development. I have led district- and school-level turnaround initiatives, designed leadership development programs for multi-district partnerships, and delivered presentations nationally and internationally on culturally responsive leadership and instructional innovation.

My practice is research-driven and equity-centered: I mentor aspiring administrators, implement data-informed assessment systems, and develop curricula aligned to TESOL and leadership standards. I bring proven project management, strategic planning, and bilingual communication skills to roles that require building inclusive school cultures and measurable academic improvement.
