I've led ESL curriculum, teacher support, and program improvement at Morton Ranch Junior High in Katy Independent School District and Oakcrest Intermediate in Tomball Independent School District.

I develop curriculum for varied language-proficiency levels, assess student progress, and share actionable feedback with departmental teachers. I also coordinate resources, schedules, and staffing to keep programs aligned with student needs and academic goals.

My work centers on strengthening instructional practice through professional development, collaboration, and data-driven decisions. I've implemented program improvements designed to increase student retention and success while creating individualized learning experiences for diverse learners.

With more than 15 years in program development, instructional leadership, and language acquisition, I'm pursuing an Assistant Principal opportunity where I can help build a positive, inclusive school culture and continue growing as an instructional leader.
