I lead L2 application and production support for 24 business-critical applications at IBM supporting GXO Logistics, managing a team of 13 professionals in a 24x7 global environment.
I handle more than 100 incidents, service requests, and production issues each month, including P1/P2 events, while maintaining approximately 97% SLA compliance. I lead major-incident bridge calls, coordinate service restoration, perform RCA, and manage security patching across 50+ Linux and Windows servers.
Previously at Digitas, I supported enterprise Java and .NET applications across AEM, Episerver, Azure, and Google Cloud environments. I built monitoring dashboards and alerting solutions using Splunk, New Relic, OpsGenie, and CA App Synthetics while partnering with development, infrastructure, and client teams.
