I am a passionate DEI Specialist with extensive experience in designing and implementing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) programs. My journey began with a strong educational foundation, holding a Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages and a Bachelor of Arts in German Language/Literature and International Relations. I thrive on creating environments where every voice is heard and valued.
In my current role at Apis Services, Inc., I lead initiatives that integrate DEIB principles into service delivery, develop training programs, and facilitate workshops to promote cultural awareness. My previous experience as an Interim D&I Manager and Learning and Development Project Coordinator has equipped me with the skills to analyze DEIB metrics and implement strategic changes that enhance organizational culture.
