I'm currently supporting daily office operations at Wolford Collision Repair, serving as a primary contact for customers, vendors, insurance adjusters, and towing companies. I coordinate repair scheduling, prepare estimates, document vehicle damage, order parts, and track insurance claims.

Previously, I managed sales, inventory, scheduling, hiring, training, and employee development at Russell Cellular (Verizon). I consistently ranked among the company’s top-performing managers by coaching team members, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

At Real Property Management, I supported office leadership, tenants, prospective renters, and property managers through phone communications, maintenance requests, listings, document preparation, and daily office operations.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and bring a passion for advocacy, communication, and helping people navigate challenges. I value organized workflows, strong client relationships, and reliable follow-through in fast-paced environments.
