At Raptor Technologies, I built and launched the department’s first centralized intake and project-tracking system, routing requests through one workflow and giving employees real-time project status and ownership. I also launched SchoolSAFE, the company’s inaugural conference, and built its registration and lodging platform.

I’ve led cross-functional implementations and programs across education technology, healthcare, and consumer services. At SMILE DOCTORS SUPPORT SERVICES, I managed initiatives across 226 locations and implemented financial dashboards that generated approximately $1M in incremental revenue.

Earlier, at TIFF'S TREATS COOKIE DELIVERY, I coordinated project work and data, and at SPRAY-LOCK, INC. I implemented a new e-store and fulfillment system. My work draws on Agile and waterfall methods, process improvement, and project and budget management.
