What I'm looking for

I'm looking for remote technical support opportunities worldwide where I can troubleshoot Windows, networking, remote access, servers, storage, and customer issues independently from diagnosis through resolution.

I've provided self-employed IT support and technical services since 2005, resolving Windows, hardware, networking, remote-access, server, and storage issues for home and small-business systems. I take ownership from diagnosis through tested resolution, communicating technical findings clearly and balancing reliability, cost, and practical customer needs.

I've designed and maintained OPNsense networks, VPN and RDP access, Windows file and web servers, RAID storage, backups, and always-on Plex and Jellyfin environments. I also troubleshoot advanced Windows GPU workstations using NVIDIA RTX/CUDA, PyTorch, Python virtual environments, Git/GitHub, FFmpeg, CMake, and Visual Studio Build Tools.
