I'm seeking an Operations, Property Preservation, Vendor Management or Quality Assurance position where I can contribute through analytical thinking and documentation review.

At Imprint.com, I support U.S.-based businesses with customized promotional product orders, production analysis, and customer service. I review artwork and product specifications to assess production feasibility and print quality.

I investigate product and printing claims, coordinate with vendors, and manage CRM cases and purchase orders. I also work with customers on pricing and chargeback-risk cases to support customer retention.
