I'm looking to build data-informed content and promotional campaigns, improve editorial systems with AI, and create audience-focused stories that drive engagement and retention.

At PocketFM, I analyze campaign metrics including CTR, CPM, CPI, retention, completion rates, and audience drop-off to shape promotional content strategies across 30+ campaigns.

I've adapted more than 200 scripts for American audiences and built AI-assisted workflows with ChatGPT and Claude that halved script ideation and review time while preserving brand voice. I also created reusable prompt libraries that improved editorial production efficiency.

Previously, at Jumpstart Magazine, I interviewed angel investors, analyzed content performance through Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and developed advertising and marketing campaigns for Hong Kong trade and exhibition shows.
