At the Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare, I resolve workplace disputes and alleged unfair labour practices through conciliation. I also conduct labour inspections and investigate retrenchment matters when disputes arise.

Previously, I conducted interviews and focus groups at Biomedical Research and Training Institute (BRTI), transcribed research in English, IsiNdebele and Shona, and translated research materials. At ZETDC Western Region (Halco House), I provided clerical support and assisted with training programmes and HR files.
