At the Ministry of Public Service Labour and Social Welfare, I supported recruitment and selection for designated agents of NECs, including shortlisting and interview coordination. I also gained working knowledge of the Consolidated Labour Act and participated in labour dispute meetings as an observer and note-taker.

I collected, cleaned and analyzed labour market data, and managed office records and daily administrative tasks. I hold an Upper Second Class (2.1) Bachelor of Honours Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Zimbabwe, with coursework in research methods and statistics using SPSS and MS Excel.
