I’m looking for a role where I can lead strategic brand and enrollment marketing, use data analytics to improve admissions pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to expand educational access and strengthen parent/community experiences.

I’m a results-driven marketing and admissions specialist with over a decade of experience spanning education, non-profit leadership, academic services, and business consulting. I’m deeply passionate about educational equity, strategic brand growth, and organizational innovation, and I’m known for transforming complex challenges into compelling campaigns and streamlined experiences.

In my current role as a Senior Brand and Admissions Associate at Nova Pioneer, I lead brand and enrollment marketing strategy across campuses. I execute data-informed recruitment campaigns, oversee community engagement events, and collaborate with regional marketing teams to grow school visibility and admission rates—while driving innovation in parent experience design and feeder school relationships.

Previously, as a Brand and Admissions Associate at Nova Pioneer, I delivered personalized family engagement experiences through tours, interviews, and assessments that boosted conversion. I also developed weekly reports, insights, and market analysis for the admissions team—turning information into actionable next steps for pipeline performance.
