What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a private aviation role where I can lead client services and operations, manage VIP flight bookings and passenger communication, and use analytical problem solving to improve processes while mentoring teams to deliver outstanding service.

With close to a decade experience in the Private Aviation industry, I oversee flight plans, aircraft bookings, and schedules as a Client Services Manager (Aviation). I manage passenger communication protocols about flight issues and ensure accommodations are made or refunds given when flights are cancelled or delayed.

I bring strong analytical skills and great attention to detail, and I work effectively both autonomously and in both large and small teams. I also develop pricing and marketing strategy, conduct business reviews with clients, and proactively contact existing VIP clients about new aircraft or services.

Across roles—including Client Services Manager, Business Operations Manager, and Operations Assistant—I mentor peers through leadership, accountability, and professionalism. I manage and support teams, maintain easy and convenient client communication platforms, and promote cross-departmental communication with marketing and operations to reach and onboard new clients.

In operations, I finalize aircraft bookings, manage operations branch responsibilities, and ensure smooth charter execution by processing charter requests, generating charter contracts and invoices, and preparing final flight briefings. I also liaise with FBO handlers to support a seamless transition from the aircraft to clients’ intended destinations.
