I’m trained in First Aid & Emergency Response and Cabin Crew Aviation Safety & Security. I ensure strict compliance with aviation safety and regulatory standards, manage emergency situations, support first aid when required, and deliver pre-flight operational briefings with contingency planning.

I handle customer grievances through structured problem assessment and solution implementation, while staying calm and decisive under time-sensitive situations. I also lead and coordinate teams—monitoring performance, improving operational efficiency, and supporting targets—so I can help drive customer satisfaction and business growth in my next role.
