I bring charter sales and client services experience from the private aviation industry, where I’ve handled flight plans, aircraft bookings, and schedules with a strong focus on accuracy and responsiveness. I’m known for overseeing passenger communication protocols when flights are cancelled or delayed, ensuring accommodations are made or refunds are provided.

In my current role, I process charter requests, negotiate pricing, and finalize aircraft bookings. I generate charter contracts, invoices, and final flight briefings, while supporting solution design by helping identify insights that meet defined business needs and requirements.

I also bring a strong analytical and operational background from IT and database administration work, including performance monitoring, capacity planning, and database security optimization. I’ve even built a cloud-based dashboard to track performance against KPIs—recognized by senior management for saving time and money—so I naturally combine attention to detail, autonomy, and leadership to drive better outcomes.
