I'm looking for a client-facing role where I can provide clear support, develop my digital and communication skills, and contribute professionally within a collaborative team.

I've supported clients at the Rwanda Revenue Authority by answering tax-related questions, helping with applications and documentation, and protecting the accuracy and confidentiality of client information.

As a Customer Service Representative at IsonXperiences, I've handled customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment while building strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Leadership at African Leadership University.
