Previously at Liberty General Insurance, I served as a strategic HR Business Partner for 600+ employees, leading talent reviews, calibration, manager coaching, PIPs, workforce analytics, and retention initiatives that reduced attrition to 27%.

Across Phoenix Mills, DHFL, Edelweiss, HBL Global, and Randstad, I've managed employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and stakeholder partnerships across financial services, real estate, insurance, and consulting.
