At Datawave Business Support Services, I scaled Vodafone Idea's workforce from 125 to 800+ employees across 700+ retail stores and implemented an HRMS covering onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, employee records, and exits. I also developed workforce analytics and MIS dashboards to inform hiring, attrition, productivity, and business decisions.
