I’m a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience delivering digital products, enterprise payment platforms, and SaaS solutions across banking, financial services, and technology. I focus on requirement elicitation, business process analysis, and stakeholder management to help teams build the right solutions.

I bridge business and technology by translating complex needs into scalable product solutions, supporting UAT, release planning, and continuous process improvement. I create user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs/SRS documents, and implementation documentation that align stakeholders on outcomes and delivery.

In payments and enterprise implementations, I’ve led business analysis activities across 25+ Payments Exchange implementations. I facilitated workshops to gather business, technical, and compliance requirements across RTP, FedNow, and Fedwire products, and supported configuration, testing, deployment, and production rollout.

Alongside sprint planning, defect triage, and production sign-off, I work closely with Product and Engineering teams on ISO 20022 messaging, AML/KYC and fraud-related checks, API validation, and integration requirements across core banking and external systems.
