At JSW Energy, I launched Energy Leaders for Tomorrow (ELFT), the flagship leadership development program that won the TISS CLO Award for Best Leadership Development Program in 2026. I also built UDAAN, the flagship induction and early-career program, which received the 2026 TISS CLO Award for Best Induction Program.
I own the performance management system for 5,000+ employees and serve as HR Business Partner to 15+ corporate functions. I’ve also built succession planning for 80 critical roles and integrated people from two acquired entities.
My work spans learning, job architecture, workforce planning and employee experience at JSW Energy. Earlier, I worked as a Site Engineer at Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. and as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at IBM India Pvt. Ltd.
