I'm looking for opportunities where I can resolve complex endpoint, cloud, identity, and enterprise IT issues while growing through cross-functional engineering collaboration.

At Microsoft via LaunchIT, I support Intune customers by resolving device enrollment, compliance, app deployment, Conditional Access, and endpoint-management issues across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.

Previously at WNS Global Services supporting AVIVA, I handled ITIL-aligned incidents, access provisioning, Microsoft 365 support, patching, remote diagnostics, and network troubleshooting while meeting SLA commitments.
