I'm looking to lead Salesforce and automotive transformation programmes where I can shape CRM strategy, advise senior stakeholders, deliver AI-enabled customer experiences, and build scalable solutions that create measurable business value.

I'm leading Salesforce CRM and DMS transformation for four automotive OEMs at CRM Landing, translating dealer-network challenges into scalable solutions for 30,000+ users and managing a ₹20 Cr engagement portfolio. I advise CXO stakeholders on CRM strategy, AI-enabled customer experience, analytics, and adoption.

Previously, I led connected-vehicle, CRM solution design, and multi-vendor delivery initiatives at Bajaj Auto, including programmes with KTM Austria and Triumph UK. My background also includes global change management at Whirlpool and product R&D at Uno Minda, where I developed a patented combined braking system for two-wheelers.
