What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build Salesforce solutions that connect business requirements with scalable CRM delivery, analytics, automation, and user adoption for global stakeholders.

I'm contributing to Mercedes-Benz's Salesforce platform of record for customer, vehicle, and dealer data across European markets, managing pipeline data, CRM Analytics dashboards, reporting, and user access.

I've configured scalable Salesforce architecture, supported Platform Events and Apex REST API integrations with Informatica IICS and CRM Connect, and built role-based Dealer Experience Cloud access controls. I also translate stakeholder requirements into technical design documents, lead UAT, and create training materials that improve adoption.

Previously, I developed Experience Cloud partner portals at Tech Mahindra and delivered Apex, Flow, validation-rule, and LWC solutions at TrexeeGo. My earlier Deloitte experience strengthened my testing, defect tracking, and release coordination work for large-scale projects.
