Shruti Roy

I’m an HR enthusiast currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources at Doon Business School (2024–2026). I’ve built hands-on experience supporting people operations through recruitment support, HR documentation, onboarding, and HR coordination, with a strong focus on effective communication and teamwork.

In my Talent Acquisition Intern role at Emversity, I support end-to-end recruitment by handling sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. I also help manage the talent pipeline and candidate engagement, while collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.

Earlier, as an HR Intern at SAIL Bhilai Steel Plant, I supported recruitment processes such as resume screening and interview coordination, maintained employee documentation and HR records, and assisted with onboarding and internal HR operations. Through HR internship work at Creer Brain Consultancy and market research support during my Age 19 experience, I’ve strengthened my HR operations mindset and ability to contribute to data-informed, user-centered improvements.
