What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR role where I can support recruitment and employee engagement, drive smooth onboarding and documentation, and use HR analytics to improve people processes—while learning from a structured team.

I’m an MBA HR student with a strong interest in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. During my internship at Tata BlueScope Steel, I gained hands-on experience in onboarding, training coordination, HR documentation, and employee surveys.

I managed onboarding for 25+ interns and trainees, coordinated 10+ induction and training sessions, and maintained attendance for 30+ trainees using Excel. I also led plant visits, ensured PPE compliance, and collected audit documentation.

I designed and analyzed an employee engagement survey with 60+ responses to support HR initiatives. I also supported the Rewards & Recognition (W@W – Winners at Work) program by organizing data for 35+ employees and preparing award certificates, bringing a detail oriented, disciplined, ownership mindset to every task.
