What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR analytics where I can use ATS tools, support efficient hiring, strengthen candidate experience, and continue developing data-driven HR and training skills.

At Ecera System Private Limited, I managed end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, including Web Developers, Software Engineers, HR Interns, and HR Executives. I sourced candidates through Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn, and job portals, then screened, interviewed, shortlisted, and coordinated candidates through hiring timelines.

I've used Zoho Recruit and MS Excel to manage pipelines, interview stages, recruitment records, reports, and follow-ups. I also supported onboarding, documentation, employee orientation, and a positive candidate experience through timely communication.

During my HR and Marketing internship at Zielhoch Pvt Ltd, I supported recruitment logistics, onboarding, training, promotional campaigns, market research, and social-media brand engagement. I'm building additional data analysis, AI in HRM, training, analytics, and product and brand management knowledge through certifications.
