At Protolabz eServices, I managed end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions, from gathering requirements with hiring managers to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

I sourced candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Instagram, and other social media platforms, and maintained candidate trackers in Excel and HRMS. I also handled onboarding and offboarding, maintained attendance and leave records, and supported payroll processing.

My BCA and MERN stack background helps me understand technical role requirements. I’m HRCI aHRA certified and am pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management and Business Analytics.
