What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level HR role in a growth-oriented organization where I can apply HR operations, recruitment coordination, and HR analytics to improve employee engagement, onboarding, and data-driven decisions.

I’m an MBA (Human Resources) candidate with practical experience in talent management, employee engagement, recruitment lifecycle support, and HR analytics. I’m known for strengthening HR operations, onboarding coordination, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making to improve employee experience and support organizational effectiveness.

During my HR Internship at UFlex Limited, I supported end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management and onboarding. I contributed to talent management, employee engagement, retention strategies, and succession planning initiatives, and supported recruitment activities (screening and coordination) and payroll support. I also conducted NPS (EmployeeNet Promoter Score) analysis covering 95 employees and used MS Excel for reporting, insights, and trend analysis—delivering actionable recommendations to improve employee experience, communication, and performance management systems.

I build my work on both people-first impact and practical research. As part of my MBA master thesis, I studied the expectation–reality gap among Gen Z employees using survey data from 101 respondents, identifying key retention drivers like career growth, managerial support, work-life balance, and organizational culture, then translated findings into HR recommendations. Through my volunteer work with We Commit (NGO), I facilitated training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs while supporting outreach and stakeholder engagement.
